What the Executive AI Diagnostic generates

A fast executive view of expected AI value, readiness, risks and the decisions required before funding or scaling an initiative. The preview is intentionally short; the unlocked report explains the business case assumptions.

Value preview

Estimates annual value potential from the declared business impact, scope, value lever, readiness and execution risk.

Use case rank

Shows whether the initiative is a quick win, strategic bet, risky bet or candidate for deferral.

90-day plan

Generates immediate actions for alignment, baseline ROI, governance, pilot execution and scale decision.

Executive diagnostic

Seven executive signals. One diagnostic preview.

Answer four readiness questions, then calibrate the business case with use case, business impact, activity volume and value-capture assumptions.

The AI Value Navigator, explained

What is the ApexTransform AI Value Navigator?

The ApexTransform AI Value Navigator is a freemium executive diagnostic tool that helps organizations assess AI readiness, prioritize AI use cases, evaluate AI governance risk and generate a practical 90-day AI deployment roadmap.

Who is it for?

It is designed for CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers, innovation leaders, transformation leaders, public-sector executives and organizations preparing to scale AI responsibly.

What does it assess?

It assesses AI strategy alignment, executive ownership, use case focus, ROI proof, data readiness, technology integration, governance, security, privacy, agentic AI readiness, talent adoption and scaling capability.

What does it generate?

It generates an AI readiness score, maturity level, readiness heatmap, use case ranking, top gaps, recommended actions and a 90-day roadmap.

What makes it different?

It translates leading AI research into an actionable executive decision framework for AI deployment, governance and value realization.

When should an executive team use it?

Use it before an AI strategy review, AI governance workshop, budget decision, agentic AI deployment, innovation portfolio review or pilot-to-scale decision.

What decisions does it support?

It helps leadership decide which AI use cases to fund, which gaps to close first, what governance controls are required, and what should happen in the next 90 days.

ApexTransform AI Value Bridge: method and sources

This internal scoping method estimates potential annual gross benefit, not financial ROI. Four readiness responses feed ten correlated dimensions. The score averages those dimensions; value calibration does not add independent readiness measurements.

Formula, coefficients and limitations

Potential = declared annual impact midpoint × value mechanism × readiness × data × timing × risk × volume × capture factor, rounded to €1,000. There is no guaranteed minimum benefit. Open-ended impact bands use an illustrative anchor rather than a measured upper bound.

Readiness coefficient: score / 140, bounded between 0.18 and 0.72. Data: 1.00 / 0.78 / 0.52 / 0.28. Timing: 1.00 / 0.82 / 0.62 / 0.42. Risk: 1.00 / 0.88 / 0.68 / 0.48. Volume: 0.65 / 0.90 / 1.18 / 1.45. Capture: 0.45 / 0.70 / 1.00 / 1.25 / 1.50. These are internal scenario multipliers, not directly measured capture percentages.

Value mechanism: revenue 0.34; cost or efficiency 0.38; productivity 0.32; risk, compliance or quality 0.24; experience 0.28; speed 0.26; forecasting 0.27; default 0.28. Overlapping categories use the first matching category in that order.

Confidence weights: readiness 45%, data 25%, value evidence 20%, risk factor 10%. It is not a statistical confidence interval. Validate full costs, adoption and captured benefits with finance before making a funding decision.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does the readiness score measure?

Four self-reported answers feed ten correlated interpretation dimensions, not ten independent measurements. Calibration adds business context and value assumptions.

Can I skip value calibration?

Yes. After the four readiness questions, skip calibration and provide your professional email and consent to obtain a readiness report without a financial estimate.

Is annual value potential the same as financial ROI?

No. The estimate is an internal scoping heuristic before full costs. A financial ROI needs a validated baseline, captured benefits, full costs and a common time horizon.

When should I use the Board Kit?

If the mandate or governance is unclear, use the Board Kit to clarify accountability, authority limits and investment conditions.

Is this a compliance or certification assessment?

No. Results are indicative and self-reported. Formal legal, technical and assurance assessments require system-specific evidence.
